Estimate your plan

Allspice pricing scales with monthly traffic so smaller publishers can start affordably while larger sites contribute in proportion to the infrastructure, AI processing, and reader activity required to support their audience. If you have multiple sites enabled with Allspice, pricing is based on combined traffic across those sites.

Allspice pricing is based on monthly pageviews and grows with your site. For most publishers, this represents just ~0.25–2% of ad revenue depending on size, making it a straightforward investment in improving engagement, retention, and on-site activity. Multi-site pricing is based on total traffic across all sites.

Why pricing scales with traffic

Traffic is the clearest simple proxy for the scale of the experience. Larger sites usually generate more recipe searches, more guided cooking sessions, more saved recipes, more grocery list activity, more reader accounts, and more AI-powered interactions.

Allspice pricing is designed to stay predictable for publishers while still reflecting the infrastructure required to support each site’s audience. The larger strategic value is protecting the reader relationship as search, discovery, and cooking behavior shift toward AI.

Pricing questions

Traffic is the best simple proxy for the scale of the experience. Larger sites usually have more recipe searches, more guided cooking sessions, more saved recipes, more grocery list activity, more reader accounts, and more AI-powered interactions. Pricing by traffic keeps the model predictable while still matching the infrastructure required to support each publisher.

No. Allspice is not designed to make publishers responsible for unlimited open-ended AI usage. AI recipe search is free for readers because its purpose is to help them find more of your content. Standard AI chat includes 25 free messages per month, which is more than enough for most readers. Heavier general chat usage can be managed through reader-side limits or plans.

Your plan helps cover recipe processing, ingredient normalization, AI search, guided cooking, saved recipes, grocery list infrastructure, reader accounts, publisher analytics, widget delivery, support, and the AI processing required to make the experience useful at scale.

For many publishers, Allspice is equivalent to a small percentage of annual ad revenue. The larger question is strategic: how much is it worth to keep AI-powered recipe discovery, cooking help, and reader engagement inside your own site instead of losing those moments to outside platforms?

No public free tier is currently offered, but you can create an account, access the portal, and review setup before starting a paid plan.

Pricing is intended to scale with audience size. If traffic changes materially, we’ll work with you directly rather than surprise you.

Discounts may be available for early publishers, annual plans, multi-site setups, or strategic partners.
