Request deletion of your data
You may request deletion of personal information associated with your use of Allspice, including information associated with the Allspice app or widget and information processed through supported Meta or Instagram integrations.
To submit a request, email support@allspicelabs.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." We may need to verify your identity, your control of an account, or your authority to act on behalf of a business before completing your request.

Allspice account or app data
- Account profile information
- Saved recipes, shopping lists, pantry information, preferences, and other account-associated data, subject to applicable retention requirements
Publisher or business integration data
- Publisher account information
- Connected domain or integration configuration information
- Connected Meta or Instagram account information
- Meta access credentials or tokens associated with a disconnected integration
- Social Media Automation campaign configuration and associated stored activity data
Instagram recipient or lead data
- Instagram interaction information processed through a publisher's enabled automation
- Email address, phone number, or other information voluntarily submitted through an enabled social automation flow, where applicable
What to include in your request
Please provide enough information for us to understand and locate the information involved in your request, such as your Allspice account email, publisher website or business name, or relevant Instagram username or connected account, where applicable. Do not send passwords, Meta credentials, Instagram login information, API tokens, payment details, or government identification.
What happens after a request is submitted?
We will review your request and may contact you to verify your identity, your control of an account, or your authority to act on behalf of a business. Once verified, we will process the request in accordance with applicable law, our Privacy Policy, and applicable platform requirements. Certain limited records may be retained where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our agreements.
