Invite your team
Give colleagues, developers, and agencies their own access to your Publisher Portal account, and choose what each person can change.

Overview
Invite colleagues, developers, or agencies to your Publisher Portal account so they can help set up and run Allspice without sharing your login. Team members get their own sign-in and see the same domains as you.
Team members are managed under Accounts → Team Members. Everyone on the account can see the list; only the account owner can invite, change roles, or remove people.
- Access is account-wide: a team member can work on every domain in your account.
- There's no limit on the number of team members.
- The account owner can't be changed or transferred from the portal. Contact support@allspicelabs.com if you need to.
Invite a team member
- Go to Accounts → Team Members and click Invite Member.
- Enter their Email Address and click Add Member.
- New team members join as Admin. To give someone less access, change their role to Member once they appear in the list.
- The email can't already belong to another publisher account.
- People appear in the list once they've finished setting up their account.
Accepting an invite
The invitee gets an email from Allspice titled “Added into the team”.
- New to Allspice: they click Complete account setup, enter their first and last name (and optionally their company), and set a password. Passwords need at least 6 characters, with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a special character.
- Already have an Allspice team login: the account is added to your team, and they can sign in right away.
Setup links work once and expire after 7 days. To send a new one, invite the same email address again.

Change a role or remove someone
- Change a role: click Edit on the person's row, choose Admin or Member, and click Update Role. They get an email about the change.
- Remove someone: click the trash icon on their row and confirm. Their access to your account ends immediately and they get an email. Their Allspice login still exists for any other accounts they belong to.
Working on more than one account
One person can be a team member on several publisher accounts, for example an agency working with more than one site. When they sign in, they choose which account to open from Select partner account.
